I almost forgot dinner!

Sundays are always Taco Night. Always. Started with The Walking Dead, and me needing to be really drunk to watch The Walking Dead. Nothing fancy, just an Old El Paso Stand n' Stuff meal kit, plus lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and Cholula  hot sauce. It isn't fancy, but the fresh flavors of the lettuce and sour cream and guacamole, plus the hot sauce, are really satisfying. The simplicity means I have less work, which adds to the satisfaction. Tomorrow is going to be Italian-style fried chicken thighs and pasta in a mushroom & white wine sauce. Good stuff, but not easy like tacos.
